Problems With the CD-ROM:
If you are having problems with the CD-ROM please make sure you follow the steps listed below:
1	Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. On the Macintosh the CD-ROM should automatically appear on the desktop. If you are using a Windows machine then open 'My Computer' and then open the CD-ROM drive icon.
2	Launch the installer file and the applets will be decompressed onto the specified drive.
